Quality of life assessment in patients with colon cancer

The purpose of this study was to estimate clinical parameters and quality of life of 196 patients with colon cancer I-III stages, who undergone to radical operative interventions. Research of quality of life was carried out according to the created protocol.
The questionnaire including 30 questions which scoring procedure has been developed.
The worsening of colon function reduced quality of life and work capacity of patients. The application of developed techniques based on morphofunctional features of a colon, has allowed to level of complications after extensive resections and improve quality of life and social adaptation.
