Systemic monitoring of patients with rheumatoid arthritis receiving Remicade: clinical esponse and quality of life response

We aimed to study clinical treatment response and quality of life (QoL) treatment response in rheumatoid arthritis patients undergoing Remicade treatment. Fifty five patients with RA were included in the study. Clinical response was evaluated using EULAR-DAS-28-3, QoL response - using Integral QoL Index. The efficacy of Remicade was shown both in terms of clinical response and QoL response.

Satisfactory clinical response was registered for the vast majority of RA patients. QoL response in terms of improvement or stabilization was observed for the majority of patients as well.
