Quality of life normative data of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

For the first time in Russia in accordance with international recommendations population-based study of quality of life of the population Circumpolar Civilization in the model a representative sample of residents of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is conducted.

Standardized population values of physical functioning, role physical functioning, vitality, mental health, social functioning, pain and general health in the North are received. The differences in QoL between men and women and their age dynamics are examined.

Standardized rates were calculated for three QoL health-economic zones of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) – arctic, agricultural and industrial.
