We aimed to assess quality of life in patients of high cardiovascular risk with comorbidity pathology and to explore factors influencing on quality of life. For the patients of high cardiovascular risk with comorbidity the considerable quality of life worsening, as compared to a healthy population, was revealed.
The most substantial limitations were obtained in the physically and psychologically demanded everyday activity (role functioning). Quality of life deterioration for patients with arterial hypertension and comorbidity depends on the presence of cardiovascular complications.
