Comparative assessment of health status in people living in Orlovskaya region using quality of life assessment technology

The official health statistical data and information obtained with the help of the questionnaire SF-36 from the survey of selected adult population contingents referred to regional Health centers were used to describe trends in the health level of the Oryol region population in 2011–2016.
Two contradictory trends were identified while comparing the results of the data analysis: regional health statistics showed decline in the population health but survey data of the Healthcentres displayed the respondents' health level improvement. It is appropriate to take into consideration (while using health-related quality of life technology in Health centres) that the respondents should be thoroughly prepared for the work with the QoLquestionary and the received data should be compared with medical statistic data before being used as the basis for further activities.
