The study on work ability of pediatric dentists

The article is focused on the study on work ability of dentists working in state children's dental polyclinics and children's departments of state dental polyclinics in St. Petersburg. It was established that in general this category of specialists has a good level of work ability. 76 % of pediatric dentists have good work ability level, among them 39,5 % – very good work ability level. 24 % of pediatric dentists have moderate work ability level which is considered as unsatisfactory. The work ability is not affected by the professional specialization of a dentist. Gender, age and work experience are not associated with a reduced level of work ability.
